[Feature] Upload PDF files #411

This adds possibility to upload documents - for now only PDFs. Please don't forget to add the following note to the release.

The newly added PDF document feature requires additional libraries to be installed:

apt-get install libmagickcore-dev libmagickwand-dev imagemagick

You will also need to fix the ImageMagick policy for "write" access:

sed -i 's/\(<policy domain="coder" rights=\)"none" \(pattern="PDF" \/>\)/\1"read|write"\2/g' /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml

Coverage Status

Coverage increased (+0.03%) to 91.16% when pulling 293b4f8c868d7552b98afb5182b7d28681fd9535 on feature/upload-pdf-files into 48994c6d5a7d81ec95b68b0f811190da56e15e99 on master.

Test failing - will have a look at it tomorrow...

I've updated it from master (after merging your other two bugfixes). Maybe this broke one of your fixes. Sorry, but it looks like it's failing on the location of the assets.
