[Bugfix] Correctly handle anonymous media files #432

This fixes:

anonymous users cannot delete any (incl. their own) media files
owner of a media file is correctly identified when a media file is uploaded by anonymous user

This is due to the fact that anonymous user can be anybody, it does not mean it is always the same user - that's why certain restrictions apply.
