Http failure response #52

Hi,

I've been using this cloud app for months and everthing works fine until yesterday. When I selected the file and click "load user", all entries come with error and stated "Http failure response". Is there any clues for this error? I've tried the previously successful files and also came with the same result.

Failed: Http failure response for https://vtc-psb.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/almaws/v1/users/undefined?_=1634004098836: 404 OK

Hi @billto-lib - there was an issue yesterday with APIs across Alma environments. But it should be resolved (see below from the status page): Screen Shot 2021-10-12 at 10 38 32

Can you confirm you're not having this issue anymore?

The problem still exist just now. I've used other cloud apps and they are working normally. Should it be other problems?

Thanks - I see this was resolved for APIs called externally, but not yet for Cloud Apps. We're checking with our teams and will respond here.

Hi @billto-lib - I've gotten confirmation that this should be resolved after a maintenance window in Alma this weekend. You should be able to check again on Sunday or Monday.
