Application doesn't respect default settings for printer; always prints portrait #2

It appears that the application always prints in portrait. Printing to the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer with "Printing Preferences -> Orientation" set to landscape still prints in portrait.

Customer reported that the problem appears resolved in version 1.2.0-beta.
