Output label width narrower than layout configuration setting #10

I am trying to print to sheets with labels that are one inch wide. However, the labels generated by the SpineOMatic app are too narrow, by about one-sixteenth of an inch. This is enough to throw off most of the labels in each row.

A sample output file is attached. As far as I can tell, my computer and browser (MacOS/Chrome) are set to print/save the output at 100% scale.

Hi Not sure if this helps, but I used 1.03 for my label width instead of 1 to work around that. I too used Chrome on a PC with 100% scale and no margins.

We have a similar issue, but with where the labels start on the sheet compared to where the app prints them. Changing margins in Alma did not work or have any impact. We are using the DEMCO 1 1/2 x 7/8 template Ex Libris configured. They are using the labels to print.

Thanks for your comments. I also played with the layout a bit to get it to work out on my printer. I think it may require some trial and error. There was also a bug which mixed up the horizontal and vertical gap which was fixed.
