Other user cannot edit SpineOmatic configurations #25

Hi,

Why am I able to edit configurations, but another user cannot?

Hi @MaggieMcGee . Configuration is only open to users with the General Administration role in Alma.

Thanks Josh! Missed that piece of information. That is great! Also, I found if I make changes, it makes changes to every user using SpineOmatic. Is this correct, changes are inherited by other uses who install the App.

Hi Maggie- you're correct. Configuration in all Cloud Apps is accessible by administrators and applies for all users. When a Cloud App uses Settings, on the other hand, those apply only to the specific user. The SpineOMatic Cloud App uses configuration so this applies to everyone.
