Describe the bug NullReference in OnPlayerDestroyed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. NullPlayer disconneced
  2. Spam the console

Expected behavior Not spaming the console.

Server logs No

EXILED Version ("latest" is not a version): 8.13.*

Results of pluginmanager show command in console: No
