ARPES acronym is missing from technique description #71

According to Matthew Richards, the technique http://purl.org/pan-science/PaNET/PaNET01089 (Angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy) is also known by the acronym "ARPES".

PaNET should be updated to include this information.

I think it is already implemented as an alternate label:

I think you're right: the acronym is already there.

I now don't understand why I needed to open this issue :-/
