As a complement to issue #51 dealing with the sustainability of our technical outcomes, the future of our project management, communication and dissemination tools should also be discussed:

website
Zenodo community
Google calendar
mailing lists
wiki
chat
... ?

Questions for each tool:

do we want to continue it for the PaN community?
can we merge it with something existing within LEAPS, LENS or EOSC?
who can host the service if needed?
website and wiki have content linked in the PaN training catalogue: careful to maintain those
... ?

Created a google doc to list tools and their possible fate - to be discussed.

The ExPaNDS-EU github repositories will be archived after the project's review. I will take care of transferring to Zenodo what needs to be saved from the wiki. Also:

Concerning Pan-ontologies-api repo and ExPaNDS-experimental-techniques-ontology repo, @paulmillar @spc93 is there a plan to move them to a dedicated PaNET organisation?
Concerning ExPaNDS-nexus-ontology repo and ExPaNDS-nexus-dcat-mapping-ontology repo, they were copied to NIAC github, right @hgoerzig ? Can I archive them?
WP1-reporting repo will be archived.

We talked about this (briefly) during today's PaNET meeting.

People were generally in favour of moving the PaNET repo to a separate location. As I understand it, the current plan is to have a new organisation (something like "PaN ontologies") and to have a "PaNET" repo within that.
