Can we have version 4.2.14 released, please? #1040

It was finished on March 21 and is still not released. It has a couple of important bug fixes so would be great to have it released.

Sorry I have not done it yet (as a few test are failing, so I need to resolve this first)

@XChikuX yes: like 4.2.14, 4.2.15 and 4.2.16 released this week ???
