Backport fix for heathcheck setup_ips requiring a label #1096

I ran in to #1088 myself last night with 4.2 and went to create a PR to fix it myself only to see it has already been fixed in master. Would this be worth backporting @thomas-mangin?

Could you please add a line in the CHANGELOG to take credit for the backport and I will merge.
