SR policy support #1204

Is there any plan to add SR policy to exabgp in the near future (GoBGP currently supports this)?

Not saying no, but the best way would be to get a start on implementation with some tests and packet capture to be used for testing the decoding so I can review and improve and not write it from scratch, as I am quite busy between work and personal life ATM.
