We are busy but we will add the feature .. Just do not be too much in a hurry to see it

It is still not implemented in the proxy but it can be done with the 'icap like backend', you need to parse the request and decide to let it pass or not. I realise that it us much harder to do than a simple configuration option but it makes no sense to add this feature in the core when this is the way to to do it.
