Secondary .bai files #36

Hi, Is there a possibility for elprep to generate index .bai files? Or do you maybe plan on including this functionality, as the secondary index files are often requested by the tools for variant calling.

Hi, We are planning to release a new version of elPrep soon that includes variant calling. We were not planning to add .bai index files. However, we are always willing to add new features, but we prioritize based on our funding resources. Thanks.
