Modify/Adopt ExaAM CI implementation of workflow
Implement with SDK technologies (currently RCT and Swift/T)

@rafaelfsilva needs pointers to ExaAM workflow. @mturilli to investigate and report. Prototype benchmark is ready. Need examples of level 1 integrations. @AymenFJA to share with @rafaelfsilva details about Parsl/RP integration; @andre-merzky to share details about RP and Flux. @j-woz to share details about Swift and possibly PMIx or single node, depending on readiness.

Ticket was refocused. @mtitov to code ExaAM workflow as an EnTK application as per ExaAM's developers requirements.
