RADICAL tutorial within a docker container #125

After the tutorial, publish the container as a general purpose example container.

@zekemorton mentioned we could use the SDK CI containers and mount the tutorial into it. We'll investigate this option next week. See https://github.com/ExaWorks/SDK/blob/docs/docs/source/tutorials/docker.ipynb for a great starting point.

Container + existing Jupyter should suffice for RADICAL-Cybertools.
