I plan to do Swift/T + PSI/J by the end of November or by the 1.0 deadline

Work is needed to write the tests for each HPC site. We need to actually install the spack package and runs an hello_world. Each responsible of a package/integration to check/develop those tests.

Matteo to coordinate with Raphael to get someone to run the tests on ORNL.
