Adding Maestro to CI - Githubissues

This PR adds Maestro to our CI with a very simple test (Maestro's equivalent to Hello World) and checks that the test ran.

So far this is just the bash script
There is no result validation, we only check that it ran successfully
Waiting on PR: https://github.com/ExaWorks/SDK/pull/180 after which Maestro can be added to pip installed CI and actually begin testing.
