need to check if SCHEDULER_PARAMETERS, or a localized version, needs to be set?

still working on nersc gitlab ci setup for sdk repo... trying "run ci/cd for external repo" option to create project in nersc gitlab... (may need to update PAT used when importing from github? used shortlived 7day pat, if used repeatedly for mirroring will need to be long lived?)
