Users report that even after clicking out of the sidebar typed characters still end up in Codeium Chat.

I run PHPStorm latest (2023.3.3) as of today.

I've this issue and it makes the chat absolutely unusable, due to the fact it reloads and loses content/chat history due to that, makes constantly toggling it a pain.

As of now I was unable to figure out if it is caused by any of my extensions, but will try to investigate further.
