Please support the offline installation of the server #1

Since the github download server cannot be accessed in some network, I hope that the server can be manually installed offline.

You can definitely manually install the language server. You simply need to download the release, unzip it, move the executable to the place that Codeium expects it (you can look at the logs for your IDE to determine where) and set it as executable.

It doesn't work, and every time you launch IDE, it will trigger the downloading operation.

Same problem, It will trigger the downloading thing each time, it's a bit annoying.
