It would be useful to have response language settings for Chat, Refactor, and Explain. (I use Eclipse, VSCode)
For example, VSCode GitHub Copilot has the following settings: "github.copilot.chat.localeOverride": "ja" https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_84#_chat-using-configured-display-language
