Implement saving system #10

This is pretty important unless you want to speedrun the entire game in one go like the good ol days.

Any sort of save-file structure is way out of my ballpark so I'm just gonna leave this up to the programmer's discretion.

Thinking about this again, going to put this off until more of the overworld is implemented.
