Create Item Data & Item Use

During battles, the player will be able to access and use certain items.

• Create basic filestructure for defining a specific item.
• Define which items can or cannot be used during battle.
• Implement inventory access and item use during the player's turn.
• Access and update item count data from player's inventory.
