Updated the UI for the battle scene, specifically for the health display.
The health bar has been changed from a standard ProgressBar node to a TexturedProgressBar
There are now dedicated slots for the type icons, as well as a new stamina bar.
The name display has temporarily been removed until it finds a new home.
