Blank page shown on Firefox #419

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open OpenVZ dashboard in any of the latest versions of Firefox.
2. Log in to OpenVZ

Actual result:

Page shows blank after logging in. Default user/pass being used. Problem does 
not occur with Chrome or IE8. Have not tested with IE9 or IE10.

Version of the product: 2.0

Server OS: CentOS 5.7

Browser: Firefox 11 on Windows 7; may occur in other versions and operating 
systems.

Issue 348 reports the same problem.
