Setting IPv6 range shuts down webpanel #434

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open webpanel
2. Create new IP range (/48)
3. Webpanel is down

Actual result:
- Webpanel is down, not accessible

Expected result:
- Webpanel is NOT down, IPs can be used

Version of the product:
- 2.1
Server OS:
- Debian Squeeze, 2.6.32-5-openvz-amd64
Browser:
- Google Chrome

additional information: smaller range doesnt shut down the webpanel, but it 
cannot be used => no ipv6 support
