[High] Dead State when Backup+Restart #446

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a backup
2. Manipulate the VPS via the panel (start or stop or restart or backup again . 
dunno !)

Actual result: The VM enters in Dead State. Cannot be killed, interrupted.. 
Must restart the node
Expected result: The panel must lock Everything! We can't do anything while a 
backup is in progress !

Version of the product: 2

Server OS: Debian 6.0

Additional information:
Just happened to a client. Must restart the node or create a new VPS with an 
old backup (Y)

This error is in my sense the hightest prior. Happened three times in my 
enterprise.
