ploop support #447

Recent OpenVZ builds support a feature called ploop 
(http://wiki.openvz.org/Ploop). It would be good to have it supported:

1. Layout option when creating a new CT with choice of simfs or ploop.
2. When ploop is chosen, require disk space to be set (yet better just add it 
as an option to same create dialog).
3. Fix getting diskspace, this should be done via vzlist.
4. [Highly optional] implement GUI for vzctl convert (CT transformation from 
simfs to ploop).

Looks like that is all what's needed.

Oh, and it would be extremely cool to have a "Create snapshot" button, because 
with ploop we support VM-like snapshots (both disk image and running processes 
state is saved and can be restored).

@kolysh: Did you test continue managing your containers with OVZ even if they 
are already in ploop layout?

I converted all of mine to ploop but now I am a bit scared of using OVZ 
features (like backup/restore etc.).
