Critic security issue #493

A guy has discovered a big security issue and has accessed on my owp admin !

Any idea on the security issue?? 

Changing password has no effect at all :(

Actual result:
Total admin access on every server

Version of the product: 2.1, 2.2

Server OS: Debian
