Possibility to disable password reset from the login page #495

Reason: It should be possible to disable password reset from the main login 
page (link and functionnality).

Description: I receive mails that invites me to reset my password on my openvz 
web panel. I do not generate this mail by cliking on the reset password link on 
the login page. This is annoying, and I would like to be able to disable this 
functionnality: I don't want people could reset their password from the login 
page.
