set --private and --root path #510

Hello

As per my setup we need more disk IO so we have set 5 vz  container  on each 
SSD and approximately 40 VM per server . as per my knowlage openvz web panel is 
not providing  any feature to  set "--private and --root path ".

any  petches for ovz panel so that we can enable this feature in openvz web 
panel.
