Can't change listen PORT of OVZ #519

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ovz in centos 6
2. Edit PORT variable line 29 in /etc/init.d/owp
3. Restart owp service

Actual result: ovz-web-panel stills listen in 3000 port

Expected result: ovz-web-panel running on desired port

Version of the product: last stable

/opt/ovz-web-panel/ovz-web-panel-2.4.tgz

Server OS: CentOS release 6.4 (Final)

You can close issue, was fixed editing /etc/owp.conf
