localhost:Failed to load OS template lists and to connect another server,I can't see the physical server statistics

hello everyone!I have some problems.

the first problem is :
on my localhost:Failed to load OS template lists 

the second problem is: 
when I try to connect an another server,I can't see its physical server 
statistics informations

in the log file ,it finds that:
Internal error: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known

why?
