Ganesh is running the precursor with the latest OpenFAST.

Nate: OpenFAST.cpp works fine, but doesn't work when running with Nalu-Wind.

Phil: how much time do Derek and Andy have? Why are we so afraid of being pinned to a branch? Maybe we wait for the 4.0 release in July or so. We might want to dodge the churn in the meanwhile. Nate agrees we could wait.

We decided to wait for the next release.

Give OpenFAST team a criteria to work with ExaWind before their 4.0 release. We can work with them then. Mike will take this on.
