Neil to work this with Phil, do pushes, and get documentation in place.

Neil asked Phil some questions, but don't know how far he got on 10/2.

Neil has a few questions for Phil and then wrap this up today or tomorrow (10/6). Phil has a crazy schedule today, but will make himself available to discuss in team room.

Neil and Phil met and reviewed. Neil wanted to make a picture to illustrate. Waiting for PR now from Neil.

Neil has a PR for the input documentation task on github waiting for reviews as of 10/11. Would someone please review this?

Neil updated PRs; Phil will reread and likely merge.

Phil reviewed them, but couldn't merge them because PR needed to be updated. Ready to merge. Phil will look at it again today (10/16).
