Mike to get time on Summit #20

Pressing issue on ECP side. Runs on Frontier stopped converging. What's the diff in the stack that created that? What are the GPU regressions.

Phil will put together a build that works on Summit.

Summit access is denied using our ALCC account. Next opportunity to get hours is a few months away and is not helpful for this effort. Will need to run elsewhere.
