Only works with Elastodyn, but needs to work with BeamDyn. This is just OpenFAST standalone.

OpenFAST repo is in this some repo. This is based off of OpenFAST 3.

Mike to work on this one. (He needs to be added to this Kanban board.)

After talking to Derek, it appears that I just need to reduce the time step by 10x. Improved estimates of starting rpm for the wind speed could help, but I'm going to try doing them all the same starting rpm before trying to fix this.
