Looks like damping is at the level it should be. DTU team has also seen torsional instabilities with too coarse structural mesh. -Kevin

Held quick meeting on Sandia side about what we might try once we have good working builds. We should post list of things to try here. In the meanwhile, see list on slack. Could try with elastodyne.

DTU saw some instabilities in their runs on a nyquist frequency due to mismatch between the rate of chord decay and mass in the turbine definitions. Adding additional mass at the tip resolved their issue. Their issues were at all wind speeds. @kevmoor made this connection.
