Move back from 6th order to 10th order, possibly explore odd mode

Runs fine for 8 and 14m/s wind speeds but not rated. Tried reducing timestep by a factor of two and it still failed.

Warning about unsteady aero and then it breaks, Mike suggests turning off unsteady aero, should be ok since transitioning to CFD, just need good enough warm start.

Question is: is structural model stable itself. When we add in perturbations, does it go unstable, either unsteady aero or cfd could do this, but they are different.

Phil recommends that this should be on the side, should figure out first if we need to work on our coupling, i.e. if #62 needs to be done.
