Track down issue with negative volumes due to mesh curvature, medium priority #75

Ganesh has determined that there is not a mesh problem, but rather an algorithm problem. We need a unit test to debug the algorithm. The mapping of the mesh to the beam between Nalu-Wind and the beam code is where the problem almost certainly resides.

Projection algorithm mapping issue shows up when moving points from a curved mesh to a beam. Seems to show up only for curved surface mesh, particularly on the first two nodes.

All cases ran out to 10 revs and looking good. Going to do restarts now. Targeting 20 revs.

Flip flopping of displacement mapping is still happening, but it still makes it through.

Not sure if the wrong projection node wasn't happening for the connected mesh.
