This isn't needed for completion of the report, but we'd like to know.

Kevin will resubmit with only change being the FSI build.

I think this is the same as issue #85. Done, with the following results. It may have decreased the failure rate, but there are still other ways that simulations can fail, like in the 23m/s case with the SpecDissRateEQS being very large, but marginally stable with 2 syseq iterations and then blowing up. Please direct if I should attempt restarts on any of these.
