Create website favicon #1

Currently the htmlproofer checks the website for a favicon and fails if it does not find one. So a favicon will need to be added to the website.

The favicon can be relatively simple and does not need to be permanent.

I have added the favicon to the website with 22e39a46f60434504ad0f00a9c8aaf2ec74c1d29 and 65e8513266e055db75d0ae6298db24fadb212c5e . I will now close this issue.
