Add program screenshot to README #17

Currently the README file does not have much information on the program, thus a screenshot should be added to show potential users what the program looks like.

The screenshot image should probably be stored in the jekyll-helper/data/media directory. The screenshot should be taken while using the default Ubuntu theme and icon theme.

The program's icon should probably be added to the README file as well.

I'm not sure if .svg files can be displayed in .md files, so I will hold off on adding in the icon image.
