Update all samples using old versions of ExcelDna.AddIn and ExcelDna.Registration to use latest RTM release.

Samples using ExcelDna.AddIn pre-release of v1.1 remain the same
RtdPerformance continues to have a variant of the sample using Excel-DNA 0.32.1-beta2
