Another part of my learnings in ExcelDNA. After finding that DocProperties were too limited to store large amounts of information in a hidden way, I reverted to CustomXMLParts.
This sample should be sufficient to get started with this technology, I'm thinking of also adding parts of the Readme to docs.excel-dna.net
