Feature: Create a Powershell script to extract configuration from a IIS server

Describe the feature wanted

As information for a IIS server are not directly available, it requires to extract them from different locations leveraging differents PS cmdlets:

• https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/get-started/whats-new-in-iis-10/iisadministration-powershell-cmdlets
• https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/iisadministration/?view=win10-ps

Therefore a PS script must be created to extract the information to a text file.
