Spy Features

The idea is the same as the command-spy one, except this adds in more options.

Suggested Ideas:

Book Spy -> Sends a msg to whoever has the permission containing whatever was written in the book.
Anvil Spy -> Sends a msg to whoever has the permission containing whatever the item was renamed to. [ tricky but possible ]
Sign Spy -> Sends a msg to whoever has the permission containing whatever was written in the sign.
