Guidance Documentation Micro-service "View Issue on Github" doesn't open issue #56

When you click the "View Issue on Github" for the Guidance Documentation Micro-service the issues is not opened.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Goto: https://bcdevexchange.org/opportunities/opp-guidance-documentation-micro-service
  2. Click View Issue on Github
  3. Github is not opened (in fact, it just comes back to the same page).

Likely not a website issue (more likely a problem with this specific entry), but I'm not sure where else to report this.
