api.bcdevexchange.org gives SSL error #57

I think this SSL cert needs updating??

Example: https://api.bcdevexchange.org/api-console.html?swaggerUrl=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bcgov/api-specs/master/bcdc/bcdc.json

Chrome says: "net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
